Proposed changes to trash services and rates

The City of Carlsbad is proposing improvements in trash services that would result in increased trash rates over the next five years. If the City Council adopts the rate increases at the public hearing on Feb. 14, 2012, the new rates will be effective on July 1 of each year beginning on July 1, 2012.
